Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of EZ-Way Porterville Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

EZ-Way Porterville Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and related tree care solutions. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required or if site conditions differ from the initial assessment. We will communicate any price changes to you before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule services by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items that may interfere with our work. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring that children are kept at a safe distance during service.

We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure that was not identified prior to work beginning.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities. We can assist in identifying permit requirements, but the responsibility for securing permits remains with the property owner.

Liability and Insurance

EZ-Way Porterville Tree Service carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to trees, structures, or property. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are provided on a best-effort basis. Response times may vary depending on weather conditions, crew availability, and the severity of the emergency. Emergency services may be subject to different pricing than standard services.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We do not guarantee the health or survival of trees after pruning or other care, as tree health depends on many factors beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the laws of the State of California and the jurisdiction of Tulare County courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
